Meet Brian Riley, a government major in his second year at Colby College in Maine and a research intern at FairVote for the month of January.

My name is Diane Silver, and I’m super psyched to be part of the FairVote team as an outreach organizer. 

As a non-traditional student working full time while attending Riverside Community College, I had the opportunity to work for several national non-profit organizations advocating for the rights of some of the country’s most marginalized communities.

Hi, I’m Alyssa Pooler, a rising third year student at Villanova University in the joint JD/Master of Public Administration program and a new legal intern with FairVote’s Law and Policy department.

We must work to change a system that actively undermines self-governance and yet brands itself a “democracy.”

It’s not a partisan matter of red or blue; it is a matter of giving all voters a greater voice and more fair representation for everyone.
