Fiona is a rising senior from Denison University, majoring in History and double minoring in Political Science and Environmental Studies. A native of Minnesota, Fiona just spent the past semester studying abroad in Berlin, Germany. As someone who has always been fascinated by electoral politics, Fiona works with the Partnerships team to expand FairVote's network.
Despite the claim of free and fair elections, voter opinions are often unrepresented as a result of single-winner congressional districts. FairVote’s report highlights the projected disproportionate allocation of congressional seats that fails to reflect voter preferences.
