Executive Intern
Charles Aborisade Jr. is an intern with the Executive Department. He is a Junior at The George Washington University studying Political Science & Philosophy. Before Joining FairVote, he interned in both houses of Congress and served as a campaign manager for one of the candidates in his local town council race. Charles is interested in improving intergovernmental design, but is particularly focused on improving electoral institutions. He is excited to work with FairVote to achieve their goals in electoral reform that would grant everyone an equal voice in their government.
New York City approved the creation of the 2019 Charter Revision Commission, which was designed to review the entire Charter and the functions and processes of the City government.
