September 14th in California: Help Win Ranked Choice Voting in Maine!

Join us on September 14th

This November, Mainers will vote on whether to become the first state to adopt ranked choice voting to elect their Governor, U.S Senators, Members of Congress and State Legislature. Put on the ballot by a remarkable team of volunteers and with a broad coalition of support, Question 5 is ahead in the polls -- and can win.

Here's your chance to learn more about this remarkable story and make a donation to the Committee for Ranked Choice Voting, which is leading the campaign. (Those wanting to help advance ranked choice voting with a charitable contribution can give to FairVote.)

FairVote is organizing a reception and presentation at 111 Minna Gallery in Downtown San Francisco on September 14th from 6-8 pm. We'll explain what's happening in Maine, how it could transform Maine politics, and lessons for California. Those on hand will include leaders of the Maine campaign, FairVote and FairVote California, and reform ally Matt Gonzalez.

Space is limited. Please confirm you plan to attend by RSVPing on this page. If you have questions or comments, you can give us a call at 301-270-4616 or send an email to RSVP@fairvote.org

Can't make it in person? We hope you can donate to the Committee for Ranked Choice Voting. Please donate to FairVote if you'd like to support ranked choice voting with a charitable contribution. Thank you!
