FairVote arrives in Philadelphia tomorrow for the 2006 Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association .
We begin on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with a short course on the Electoral College and NPV . The event is cosponsored by the Section on Representation and Electoral Systems. Find us at the Friends Center, 1501 Cherry Street, five or six blocks from the convention.
