The Fair Representation Act (FRA) -- H.R. 3057 continues to gain new Congressional cosponsors. The FRA was introduced on June 26, 2017 by Congressman Don Beyer who serves Virginia’s 8th district representing Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and parts of Fairfax County. Rep. Beyer introduced the FRA because, ‘this bill would ensure that every voter has their voice represented in Congress, and make real progress towards bipartisan focus on getting results for the American people.’
