The Washington Post reports that James Sensenbrenner is particularly hung up on the at-large seat Utah would get under the Tom Davis proposal - e.g., the concern that Utah residents would have two representatives while residents of every other state would have one representative.

National Popular Vote on… Facebook!

It seems there’s a network of Facebook.com members dedicated to discussing the Electoral College, redistricting reform and proportional representation.
Nonpartisan Redistricting and National Popular Vote are set up as Election 2006 issues. You can also join their permanent sister groups (global), called Proportional Representation and National Popular Vote.
