A native of
California, Faye has worked with the state Public Interest
Research Groups (PIRGs) since she graduated from
Williams College in 1992. She is currently the Associate
Director of CALPIRG and the Executive Assistant to Douglas
Phelps, the chair of the National Association of State PIRGs
and of USPIRG.
