1st numbers in for PR vote in Cincinnati look good

I know, I know, there are other important things on the ballot, but.... FairVote has put a lot of effort into helping reformers seeking to restore proportional representation for Cincinnati city elections (see their website at www.8isgreat.com).
The first results are in from absentee ballots, and we're thrilled. Issue 8 is up 52.4% to 47.6%. We're tracking the results here http://www.hamilton-co.org/boe/inputdata/Electionsresults/Realtime/RealTime.pdf

The first numbers for IRV in the Pierce County 2006 election was 53%.
